Order Processing and shipping Time: Orders take 2-5 business days to be cut, then there is the time in transit associated with the carrier to your location. Note that we don't work on the weekends so an order placed Friday-Sunday reaches the warehouse on Monday and that's the start of the 2-5 days. Also during high volume times such as following a big sale, the 2-5 days can be longer. We do value your order and we process them in the sequence that they are received. If we encounter a shortage it isn't because of the time in processing your order. It is because many of our items are deadstock and the total yardage reported to us by our sources can sometimes be off.

Sample Policy: We don't offer samples of our fabrics because many of them are deadstock and they move quickly. In lieu of a sample, 1/4 yards can be ordered on up to 5 items per order, with the exception of items that are marked as a 1 yard minimum; as those are special ordered items.
